Inaguration of the new Academic Year

The new academic year of Don Bosco College, Aluva was inaugurated on 1st June 2021. The ceremony was begun with the Mass of the Holy Spirit presided over by Fr. Jose Koyickal, the Provincial, at 6: 30 A.M. Fr. Provincial also preached the homily in which he exhorted the students to take care of their formation in the four aspects involving human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral dimensions. The academic year was inaugurated by the lighting of the lamp by Fr. Provincial, Jose Koyickal and the other dignitaries following the Holy Eucharist. Rev. Fr. Provincial delivered a keynote speech on the importance of the post- novitiate formation and its role in molding the young Salesian minds basing on the thoughts taken from Pope Francis. The inaugural ceremony was concluded by a vote of thanks rendered by Fr. Sunil Jose SDB, the principal of the institute.
