Installation of the Rector

On the 31st of May, Don Bosco, Aluva witnessed the wonderful event of the installation of the new rector of the post-novitiate house. Fr. Joy Kaipananickal who was the principal of the Philosophate and director of the Mamma Margaret Home, was installed as the rector and animator of Don Bosco Seminary by Rev. Fr. Jose Koyickal, the provincial of the Salesian province of Bangalore. The Holy Eucharist was presided over by the provincial himself and Fr. Joy, the new Rector made the profession of faith in the presence of the provincial and the confreres of DBA and expressed his willingness to be the rector by signing the document. Best wishes to Fr. Joy as he takes up the important responsibility of the formation of brothers in immediate post-novitiate formation.
