Inauguration of the academic year

The inauguration of the Academic Year 2024-25 commenced with a Holy Eucharistic celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Jose Koyickal, the Provincial of the Sacred Heart Province Bengaluru. This was followed by a formal inaugural ceremony held in the Seminary Auditorium. Rev. Fr. Joy Kaipan, the Rector, delivered a welcoming speech. Subsequently, Rev. Fr. Jose Alunkal, the Principal of the seminary, presented the report for the previous year, 2023-24. Rev. Fr. Provincial then delivered the presidential message, in which he encouraged and exhorted the students to grow in knowledge and wisdom derived from the Lord, aspiring to become men of reason. He concluded his message by advising the students to pursue holistic growth, encompassing all four dimensions of their lives. The ceremony concluded with Cl. Christraj delivering the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event.
