Inauguration of Missionary Week 2022

Missionary week from 19th till the 25th of February was inaugurated on the 19th. This is organized by the missionary sodality of the seminary in preparation for the memoria of Bl. Rani Maria, the patroness of the sodality. During the inaugural function, Fr. George Maliekal, the previous provincial of Shillong province and a veteran missionary spoke on the importance of mission. Fr. Jerin Palatty, the animator of the sodality gave an animation talk based on the mission Sunday message of Pope Francis. The sodality has organized several programmes during the week such as Prayer services and rosary service for the missions, speeches, missionary animation talks, sharing of mission experience, animated morning prayers, exhibition and the like.
