Feast of Don Bosco

The community solemnly celebrated the feast of Don Bosco on the 31st of January. The day also marked the end of the one month long preparation for the feast which included prayer services, bhajan services, special readings and videos on Don Bosco, Bosco Quiz, Bosco nite, serenade, Bosco matches, speeches on Don Bosco and the like. The feast day was marked by special programmes including animated morning prayer, special matches and movie. The solemnity was reflected in the refectory too. We were also graced by the presence of Fr. Provincial who celebrated the solemn Holy Eucharist in the evening. The day was a fitting conclusion for the preparation of the feast and an apt way to honour our father and founder Don Bosco.
